Solo el a\u00f1o pasado, la producci\u00f3n de los cuatro granos andinos, fue alrededor de 134 mil toneladas, siendo las regiones de mayor producci\u00f3n Puno, Ayacucho, Apur\u00edmac, Cusco, La Libertad, Cajamarca, Huancavelica, Arequipa y Jun\u00edn.<\/p>\n<p>En el caso de la quinua, el a\u00f1o 2021 en comparaci\u00f3n al a\u00f1o 2020, logr\u00f3 un incremento aproximado del 6.7% en producci\u00f3n, con m\u00e1s de 6,600 toneladas adicionales, llegando a las 106.6 mil toneladas aproximadamente.<\/p>\n<p>Las exportaciones de los granos andinos y particularmente de la quinua durante el a\u00f1o 2021, superan el valor FOB de US$ 105 millones de d\u00f3lares, siendo los principales pa\u00edses destino: Estados Unidos, Canad\u00e1, Holanda, Italia, Alemania, Inglaterra, entre otros.<\/p>\n<p>En general las exportaciones de quinua han continuado incrementando sus colocaciones pasando de las 500 toneladas registradas en el a\u00f1o 2005, hasta consolidarse en un promedio de ventas al exterior del orden de las 50 mil toneladas anuales en los \u00faltimos cuatro a\u00f1os.
