Conforme a los diferentes pronunciamientos que tiene la Organizaci\u00f3n Mundial del Comercio \u2013 OMC, claramente esta restricci\u00f3n responde a un obst\u00e1culo t\u00e9cnico al comercio internacional. La prohibici\u00f3n de utilizar los stickers adhesivos para indicar los oct\u00f3gonos genera innumerables problemas para los consumidores, importadores, fabricantes de alimentos procesados. En \u00e9poca plena de pandemia, a partir de la irracionalidad de la prohibici\u00f3n materia de comentario, generar\u00eda o escasez o aumento de precios a alimentos que constituyen la canasta b\u00e1sica de los peruanos m\u00e1s vulnerables.<\/p>\n<p>Lo m\u00e1s importante es que dicha restricci\u00f3n no responde a una medida sanitaria y por ende a una pol\u00edtica de salud p\u00fablica, debido a que la experiencia desde la daci\u00f3n indica que, la industria ha cumplido a cabalidad con los requerimientos del Manual de Advertencias Publicitarias que regula el etiquetado frontal de los oct\u00f3gonos, no importa la forma como vayan \u00e9stos es decir o van en rotulado o en forma de adhesivos o stickers.<\/p>\n<p>Cabe mencionar que las medidas o restricciones deben cumplir dos objetivos b\u00e1sicos ser racionales y proporcionales, esta medida carece de estos dos aspectos, y definitivamente coloca en un alto riesgo a los alimentos importados ya que muchas empresas en nuestro pa\u00eds se dedican a la importaci\u00f3n y distribuci\u00f3n de dichos productos que definitivamente no van a tener un etiquetado exclusivo para el Per\u00fa.<\/p>\n<p>Esperemos que mes y un poco m\u00e1s que queda, se elimine dicha restricci\u00f3n y el uso de advertencias publicitarias a trav\u00e9s de adhesivos y\/o stickers sea de forma indefinida tal cual ocurre con otros pa\u00edses que tienen normativa similar.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"row py-4\">\n<div class=\"col-md-3 col-sm-6 mb-4\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div class=\"col-md-3 col-sm-6 mb-4\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div class=\"col-md-3 col-sm-6 mb-4\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div class=\"col-md-3 col-sm-6 mb-4\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"text\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A trav\u00e9s del Decreto Supremo N\u00b0 021-2020-SA (publicado el 12 de junio de 2020), se otorg\u00f3 la ampliaci\u00f3n hasta el 30 de junio del 2021 el plazo para el uso de advertencias publicitarias en forma de adhesivos (stickers), seg\u00fan lo establecido en la Ley de promoci\u00f3n de la alimentaci\u00f3n saludable para ni\u00f1os y adolescentes, su [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":2614,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[19],"tags":[20,21,23,26],"class_list":["post-2612","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-our-blog","tag-analytics","tag-business","tag-data","tag-industry"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.5 -
