{"id":2604,"date":"2021-05-13T11:06:03","date_gmt":"2021-05-13T16:06:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gfs.com.pe\/?p=2604"},"modified":"2021-05-13T16:42:05","modified_gmt":"2021-05-13T21:42:05","slug":"llego-la-ultima-etapa-del-ds-033-2016-sa-reglamento-que-establece-el-proceso-de-reduccion-gradual-hasta-la-eliminacion-de-las-grasas-trans-en-los-alimentos-y-bebidas-no-alcoholicas-procesado","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gfs.com.pe\/?p=2604","title":{"rendered":"Lleg\u00f3 la \u00faltima etapa del DS 033-2016\/SA \u2013 Reglamento que establece el proceso de reducci\u00f3n gradual hasta la eliminaci\u00f3n de las grasas trans en los alimentos y bebidas no alcoh\u00f3licas procesados industrialmente"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-8f761849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:100%\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-2606 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/gfs.com.pe\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/Reglamento-que-establece-el-proceso-1-300x139.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"601\" height=\"279\" srcset=\"https:\/\/gfs.com.pe\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/Reglamento-que-establece-el-proceso-1-300x139.png 300w, https:\/\/gfs.com.pe\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/Reglamento-que-establece-el-proceso-1-1024x474.png 1024w, https:\/\/gfs.com.pe\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/Reglamento-que-establece-el-proceso-1-768x355.png 768w, https:\/\/gfs.com.pe\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/Reglamento-que-establece-el-proceso-1-16x7.png 16w, https:\/\/gfs.com.pe\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/Reglamento-que-establece-el-proceso-1-600x278.png 600w, https:\/\/gfs.com.pe\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/Reglamento-que-establece-el-proceso-1.png 1200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 601px) 100vw, 601px\" \/><\/p>\n<div class=\"image\">\n<p>Este reglamento fue publicado el 27 de julio del 2016 y de acuerdo a su art\u00edculo 6 numeral 6.2 se otorg\u00f3 en un plazo de 54 meses, contados a partir de la vigencia del presente Reglamento se eliminar\u00e1 el uso y contenido de grasas trans que provienen de la hidrogenaci\u00f3n parcial en cualquier alimento y bebida no alcoh\u00f3lica procesada, para ser m\u00e1s precisos a partir del <strong>28 de julio del 2021.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En el caso de productos que contengan grasas trans de origen tecnol\u00f3gico diferente de la hidrogenaci\u00f3n parcial, la Autoridad de Salud de nivel nacional \u00fanicamente otorgar\u00e1 la autorizaci\u00f3n correspondiente, siempre que se demuestre en base a la evidencia cient\u00edfica y tecnol\u00f3gica, que se ha reducido al m\u00e1ximo posible el contenido de grasas trans de acuerdo con la tecnolog\u00eda utilizada para su procesamiento y no exista sustituci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica para la eliminaci\u00f3n total no pudiendo superar el l\u00edmite de contenido de grasas trans: 2g de \u00e1cidos grasos trans por 100g \u00f3 100 ml de materia grasa, de manera excepcional, a fin que permita gradualmente su eliminaci\u00f3n conforme al avance tecnol\u00f3gico.<\/p>\n<p>Sobre esta normativa surgieron muchas dudas, y la principal es que se us\u00f3 esta normativa para que sirva de referencia ante los par\u00e1metros t\u00e9cnicos que implementa la Ley 30021 \u2013 Ley de Alimentaci\u00f3n Saludable y sus respectivos reglamentos, al respecto dicha norma no establece que los par\u00e1metros t\u00e9cnicos aplicables a las advertencias publicitarias para grasas trans sean 2g y 5g. Cuando se hace referencia a que el MAP se aplica \u201cen concordancia\u201d con el DS 033-2016, se est\u00e1 se\u00f1alando que la obligaci\u00f3n de consignar la advertencia publicitaria para las grasas trans no exime a los productores de respetar el l\u00edmite en el contenido de grasas trans.
