problema de grasas trans continuar\u00eda, por lo que se hace necesario que el ejecutivo se pronuncie y coloque un umbral a fin de evitar ya lo antes mencionado por GFS, que es discrecionalidad t\u00e9cnica en la evaluaci\u00f3n por parte de la autoridad y lo propio por parte de la implementaci\u00f3n de las empresas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfY qu\u00e9 pasar\u00e1 con los productos que est\u00e9n en el mercado bajo la primera etapa de ley?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La normativa no establece que pasar\u00e1 con los stock\u00b4s de los productos fabricados que a\u00fan sigan comercializ\u00e1ndose despu\u00e9s de la segunda etapa y que \u00e9stas de repente no aplicaban o no alg\u00fan tipo de oct\u00f3gono durante la primera etapa. \u00bfSer\u00e1n sancionadas las empresas por productos que liberaron al mercado cumpliendo con la ley durante la primera etapa?<\/p>\n<p>Es importante mencionar que en la Disposici\u00f3n Complementaria del DS 012-2018 que aprueba el Manual de Advertencias Publicitarias se\u00f1ala que despu\u00e9s de la entrada en vigencia del presente Manual se dar\u00e1 un plazo de 6 meses para el uso de adhesivos con las advertencias publicitarias que correspondan es decir a las del segundo tramo, dicho plazo culmina el <strong>17 de marzo del 2022<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<div class=\"text\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div
